Beautiful cabin! Pictures don't do it justice! We loved the decor of the cabin and we've stayed in many. The location was near everything, we even went up to Murphy NC which was o ly 20 minutes away. The cabin was easy to get to and paved roads all the way. Its in quiet gated community. We enjoyed both fireplaces especially the one on the side porch with the cool swing. Kids loved making smores. It had a pretty good view of the mountains. Beds were comfy with tvs in each and great showers! It has the cutest lower level AND Erin was the perfect host. She was quick to respond and made checkend a breeze. Just one thing, going into the driveway to the cabin its a little steep but really no problem. We would rent again!

This cabin was exactly as pictured and the views were breathtaking. Very convenient location about 10-15 minutes to a cute town with shops, grocery and restaurants. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and was spacious for two families that included four boys (9-16). The downstairs was a great space for them to get away and we all enjoyed pool and Ping pong upstairs. Having 2 master suites was a plus with comfy beds. We cooked most nights and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and fireplace along with hot tub. We did not have any issues and communication with the owner was always prompt. I would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

This little place was perfect for our needs, peaceful quiet with some cute animals for friendly visits. Erin was great in communicating for everything we needed and also offered extra accommodations that we really appreciated. We loved being out in the country but closed to things to do in the area was a perfect stay.

Our stay at Owls and friends was an amazing one! We were able to connect with nature and family during our stay. The location was fantastic, it was close enough to town but secluded enough in order to enjoy the fall foliage. Erin provided clear and detailed instructions, the cabin was even pet friendly so we were able to bring our furbaby! Thank you for the premiere service and care during our stay. We hope to return very soon!

It was a great weeekend with my adult children. We relaxed, played, were close to shopping and restaurants. We took the train ride which was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location on the river was perfect for our boys and they spent multiple hours every day fishing in the backyard. Erin was super responsive with any questions I had and even gave some recommendations for alternate fishing locations for the kids. The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in and the amenities kept the kids busy during any down time we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It is indeed a hidden gem. It was clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior and exterior had everything we needed. Loved the child proof staircase. Kids enjoyed fishing by the creek and the jacuzzi was another plus! Would definitely come back!

We chose this cabin for a large family vacation based on the pictures, accommodations and amenities and WOW! It did not disappoint. The cabin is gorgeous with the most breathtaking views. The sleeping arrangements were great for our large family. The game room and movie theater were perfect for the kids and adults. The cleanliness of the cabin was unbelievable. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The beds, even the sofa bed, are very comfortable. The sitting area around the fire pit is absolutely amazing and fun for roasting marshmallows with the family. Erin responded quickly with any questions we had and was beyond helpful. The only negative about this cabin was having to leave it! We will definitely make this our family vacation spot.

Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Our sons loved the hot tub and cold plunge and the sauna. Our grand children loved the fire pit and the outdoor movie projector. Glad the place had a washer and dryer and iron. Had to use all of it. Nice big kitchen for entertaining. Would recommend this place for families.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and we enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Erin's instructions were very helpful and the place was very clean and well kept. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back at a future time!
