Welcome to Watersedge on beautiful Lake Hartwell—a pet-friendly, family-ready lake house with newly renovated bathrooms and a brand-new hot tub. Installed EV charger is available for use. The home sleeps 14 guests in beds (plus a queen air mattress for 2 more) and is ideal for multiple families, multi-generational trips, or a relaxed family getaway. The main-level master suite features a king bed, private bath, and a twin daybed with trundle—perfect for younger kids who want to stay close. Step directly onto the deck from the bedroom and enjoy peaceful lake sunrises. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on the main level (one with a new en-suite bath), along with a full hall bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room. Kids and teens will love the basement bunk room (sleeps 6) and their own rec room with ping pong, air hockey, board games, and a full-size fridge for snacks and drinks. A second living area and full bathroom complete the lower level.
