Good to know

Very close to downtown and a short walk (15 minutes) to downtown/falls Park downtown. Please note this is a reconfigured old home. One bathroom is downstairs and the other bathroom is off the hall upstairs. Neither bedroom has an attached bathroom. The largest bedroom is on the second floor, the second bedroom is off of the landing area going upstairs.

This space is located in the historic Pettigru District adjacent to downtown Greenville. It's a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of historic office and residential properties. Very walkable to Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 10-15 walk along sidewalks to downtown Greenville. Easy access to I-385.

Erin was very communicative before and during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located to all the best areas of Greenville. We had zero issues and will definitely stay here or at one of Erin's other properties during our trips to Greenville.

My wife and I, along with our 2 children (7 & 5), stayed here for a Thursday—Sunday visit to Greenville. The residence was so cozy, very well decorated, and had all we needed to live from there for the long weekend like it was our own home. Erin was very communicative, quick to respond, and the check in/out instructions were very clear. The home is located in a great neighborhood. It was very peaceful and was in easy walking distance (10 minutes tops) of the Greenville Zoo and Bon Secours Wellness Arena where we attended a hockey game. Downtown Greenville is also walkable for adults and larger children, only 1.5 miles to Falls Park! A special note: my son left a stuffed animal behind when we checked out. The cleaner found the animal, stored it in a secure place for us, and Erin shared access so we could retrieve it! When we return we will definitely be planning our trip around the availability of this house, we've told so many friends about it already!

Parking MUST be off-street in the driveway or behind the property. Access is either via the driveway along Whitsett or there is a private alley-way along the back of the property.
